Unique plan in France: " The Panacea ", the 1st contemporary arts centre opened to all publics, which will shelter student halls of residence of 59 accommodation (managed by CROUS) and a city of emergent artists.

The interested students will be able to download their files of candidacies between January 15th, 2009 and the April 1st, 2009, on the Internet site of CROUS (student social file and at the same time a file of artistic motivation). Then the student will have to deposit paper versions of these 2 files supplemented in CROUS, at the latest on the May 1st, 2010.
